DAY 1
Session 1: Introduction to the 5 critical strategies and their application in raising sales revenue immediately.
Session 2: Sales Leadership – Inspiring the highest levels of self-motivated performance from each member of your sales team. You will learn to;

- the formula to ensure your people have the commitment to do what it takes to achieve agreed-upon goals

Session 4: Sales Performance Planning - Creating simple and executable sales plans that drive sales performance and deliver sales. You will learn;
- to quickly build a Sales Performance Plan that is easy to understand and execute
- a simple and powerfully effective key account farming tool that moves stalled customers forward
- to accelerate the execution of your sales goals by putting all your salespeople on a 90 day execution plan
DAY 2
Session 5: Sales Performance Process – Putting the science into your sales effort to deliver consistent results. In Sales Performance Process you will learn how to cash in on the high returns that come of driving your sales team with a consistent and tested “sales success recipe.” You will learn;
- how to unpack and improve the success of your current sales process
- how to align your sales process with the way your customers like to buy
- to engineer out the inefficiencies and time wasters in the the way you currently sell thus ensuring your salespeople invest their time performing high leverage revenue generating activities
- to measure the productivity of your sales process
Session 6: Sales Performance Skills – Building individual capability to compete and become more effective at increasing sales revenue. You will learn;
- to simplify your training effort by focusing on critical sales behaviours that create sales
- the five core “Mission Critical” skills that are essential for achieving consistent sales results
- pinpoint individual salespeople’s skill gaps and target them for upgrading
- to write “Learning agreements” to ensure a return on your investment for your training dollar
Session 7: Sales Performance Individuals – Motivating your people to sell more. You will learn;
- the most effective motivation method of driving individual sales performance
- how to determine each of your salespeople's individual motivational footprint
- how to identify and leverage the innate strengths and talents of each of your salespeople
- the easiest way to manage poor performance
Session 8: Judgement Day – Increasing sales production begins and ends with you the sales leader, creating the “where to from here?”plan.
- develop your own 90 day sales acceleration plan
- identify and pick the low hanging fruit for quick wins
- determine the highest leverage sales growth strategy for your business and
- develop an action plan for their implementation
