The Process: Setting Sales Goals, Strategies and Measurements

Working with sales and senior management the Salestutor process begins with a comprehensive overview of your business plans and strategies to diagnose and understand the issues.

Setting up interactions with relevant team members, we then move on to the development of your sales goals and objectives. This ensures you have a clear vision of what you are trying to achieve, and sets up how to measure the results of your investment with the Salestutor program, and also to drive accountability among sales managers and team members.

Once the sales goals and objectives have been agreed upon, the next step is to uncover the methods of achieving them! You’ll have access to our vast library of sales tools, techniques, strategies and processes - not to mention your personal sales coach - to help build a motivated and profitable sales team.

In diagnosing the issues, setting the goals and objectives and identifying the methodology to achieve them, systems will be put in place to be able to measure the results of your skills development so you and your team can see how much their performance is improving.

The Salestutor process is carried out over a minimum four-month period - all with the advantage of having your very own executive sales coach working with you and cheering you on from the sidelines.
