Strategic and innovative, Ian Segail boasts 22 years experience as a generalist HR Practitioner, Corporate Trainer and Executive Coach. Working previously as the General Manager – HR & Training for Rebel Sport, Ian was responsible for the motivation, management and sales of over 2000 employees. Under his guidance in 2001, Rebel Sport won the AHRI ‘Online Training Strategy’ award.
Since joining McKenzie Consulting as General Manager, HR & Training, the focus of Ian’s work has been to help his clients generate greater profitability by optimizing productivity and maximizing the performance of people within their organization.
