Working at a sales leader/management level, for a minimum of 4 months, the McKenzie Salestutor® works directly one-on-one with the sales leader/manager and their sales team to drive in proven sales optimization tactics and effective sales acceleration strategies into your sales force.

Delivering predetermined results
All McKenzie Salestutor® projects begin with a Current Reality Analysis© of your unique selling environment and sales performance to date. We assess both the sales team and each individual sales person to clearly understand the roadblocks to selling success. Together with your leadership team we will determine what the specific Key Performance Sales measurementss are that you wish to see move forward or up. In this way the project has a strategy around a specific Sales Growth Plan® with measurable performance outcomes.
